Harry is my grandfather. He turns 99 this month, and is still living in his own home! His life of service to community in his local town included rotary and his legacy ladies, the high school board, the church he attended, and so much more. When my grandmother (his one and only love, married over 65 years) passed 18 months ago, 200 people showed up to the church on a weekday afternoon to honour them both. I went to the town's ANZAC Day service with them both a few years ago, where seats were reserved for us. Pa wore his medals, and I wore his father's medals. We all wore rosemary from Pa's own garden.
