Wow! Arthur Edward Coats (Boy Coats) is my grandfather. I don't know where the name 'Earl' is coming from but my mother says 'Earl' is not part of my Grandfathers name. My mother Heather Morris (nee. Coats) is his eldest daughter who was born in June of 1948. My grandfather married Moira Jean Coats (nee. McCalman) and they had a total of 7 children. I am very proud of his achievements and greatful for his service. Thanks for sharing!
