Hi everyone, i've been on a mission to help my family find out more information on Frank O'Neill (also known as Curly). He was my great-uncle. As some here might know he was a bit of a character and this included him giving his war medals away randomly one day to an unknown person and we've never seen them since. This website has been a great help - we have found photos of him that we didn't know existed and references to him in other peoples writings and musings. I would be very interested in any other information (e.g letters etc) people may have from or referencing Frank that isnt online and maybe in personal collections or files. And maybe someone here, on the the off chance, happens to know where his medals have ended up?! My mum is gutted that they are no longer in the family. Thanks everyone and well done on collating such great records on the double reds. Cheers, Sarah
